Booking terms & privacy

Booking terms

Tickets are for the named event date and time only. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Cancellation policy

Bookings may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days we are unable to offer refunds, but you may transfer your booking to a named friend or family member by contacting us. If we have to cancel an event, you will receive a full refund.

Privacy information

We collect only the details needed to run your booking: a contact name, email and mobile number, and each child's first name, age and any dietary/allergy needs. Allergy information is used solely to prepare food safely and is shared only with our kitchen team. We do not use your details for marketing without separate consent, and we delete booking data 12 months after the event.
